Suggestion...

Sell it as a complete package to someone who has the time/desire to part it out, or pull the parts and list them on eBay. This is, of course, if time is a critical factor (which it sounds like it is).

Not sure if it works or not, but I have it. I'll fiddle with it today, and see if jumper cables will make it move. It's been sitting outside for about 8 years, though.
