Why

Do the police not better enforce Trailer Light laws. Half of the trailers i see out there do not having working lights and over 75% do not have all the lights working properly. I guess its not a HUGE deal on open decks with no load cause u can see the tow vehical, but even big enclosed jobs that dont have working lights. Is there a reason im missing here that police dont seem to care, or is it just Fenton's finest ? It really grinds my gears that im out in the driveway at midnight chasing down gremlins when others just hook up and go. Im sorry for doin the right thing and obeying laws. * End of Rant*

IT WAS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT A FLAT BED TRAILER DID NOT NEED TRAILER LIGHTS IN THE DAY TIME AS LONG AS THE TOW VEHCIAL'S LIGHTS WERE VISIBLE

I know cops in southgate used to be ANAL about it. when I worked at the hitch shop we would get lawn equipment owners in bitching about tickets from blinkers, improperly lashed down equipment, no break-aways, no brakes, etc etc. i guess it depends on the city.

As wrong as your spelling and use of capitals.

my boss has had three diff trailers since ive known him, all the lights keep going out...his most recent one took a couple months...but one by one they went out. he has a LED kit getting installed on it soon, hopefully wont have that happen again >.<
maybe trailers sell on the razor philosophy... give them the trailer, sell them the bulbs :tonka:

We've had ours for a little over a yr now. No wiring problems yet. replaced a few bulbs, replaced a light housing cause it got in a fight with a construction barrel and just the other day my dad decided to smash one wit his quad tire.

i was pretty sure an open trailer didnt have to have lights in the daytime, as long as the load doesnt obstruck the view of the tow vehicles lights.
