rear tire wobble

i have a 95 yj, the driverside rear tire is wobbley. i also hear on and off knocking coming from the rear. any ideas what it could be?

i dont think its either i tried tightening the lugs and they were tight.

i looked at it and the drum is crooked on it.

Crap between the axle shaft and the drum making it crooked like that?

im gonna take it into my automechanics class tomaro and take it apart a little and see whats wrong.

this is one tech u need to just tear it apart. far too dangerous for us to speculate and give worthy advice!!!!!
