rear tire wobble

i have a 95 yj, the driverside rear tire is wobbley. i also hear on and off knocking coming from the rear. any ideas what it could be?

i dont think its either i tried tightening the lugs and they were tight.

i looked at it and the drum is crooked on it.

bent axle/axle shaft?

Crap between the axle shaft and the drum making it crooked like that?

im gonna take it into my automechanics class tomaro and take it apart a little and see whats wrong.
