also, Alpena is very much considering making all roads open to ATVs/snowmobiles like many of the cities around Grayling/Gaylord...

Bones right now ATVs are only legal in 4 1/2 countys in the lower. Ogemaw,Cheboygon,Presque Isle, Montmorency, and about 1/2 of Iosco. there are many other countys watching to see what troubles these countys have issues with when it comes to ATVs. they think everone is a bunch of hoodlums come to ransack the neighbors.
