$200 isn't unreasonable for a front axle, thats what I sell them for, and I've sold a few sets this summer.

Considering that you can disassemble it and get at least $200 selling the parts on ebay.

$200 for a front and $50-$100 for a rear seem to be the going prices. I sell for $250 a set, but I only have one spare set left, and thats for my Jeep.

I was just going with market price. I'll probably field dress my spare set for extra shafts and hubs and just keep the housings around incase I bend one.

Thats exactly why I keep a spare set.

Actually, I have an entire spare 1985 truck for parts.

I have one '85 and one '86 rear. $75 for the '85. $100 for the '86.

I have a front axle, it has no perches or other brackets in on it. All removed to install into a jeep. The birfs have been cleaned/inspected and regressed. Comes with rebuilt locking hubs, stock bearings, stock old rotors and caliper(not sure if they will work). But I don't have any steering arms for it. Hi steer arms were going to be installed, but never ordered and the old arms got tossed. $200. I have a couple toyota rear axles as well, one is from 86' has no perches or other brackets. $100.

I have spare 'banana' steering arms, and a 3" drop steering arm, if interested in running push-pull steering..

Going on ebay whenever I get around to it.

Just put Hi-steer on it and be done, retroing J arm steering is taking to many backward steps.
the IFS box is already there, use it.
