Can we get the PDF attachment size off of the default value?

I had an excellent tech-related one to put up today that is a little over 200kb. I noticed the GIF limit is almost 1mb.

I just called koz, and he told me it was ok to up it to 300,000. But he also said you had to remove your advertisement
