Make my GIF smaller

Anyone know how to do this. message me and i can send you the GIF i have now and if you can make it smaller so it will work here let me know. I'll give you 1 when we get togher or something. Come on computer guys. I know some of you that can do it that owes me at least one.

it is free and works pretty nice. Its a web based program basically. Turn off your pop up blocker tho because it uses those windows.
