Camp ground for 4x4 clubs & groups

Most of you know i am starting a camp ground . This will be different then other camp grounds . Your club or a group can lease the place for 3 days or more and have the place to your self . The camp ground will not be open to public at all . It will be reserved for groups only .

You can lease it for a long week end cheaper then you could all stay at a camp ground and the 4x4 course is avalible to use as well .

Sweet idea, You may want to check into insurance. I'm sure you have already though.
I bet you'll have it reserved almost every weekend. you should post on other michigan offroad sites as well.

I measured out the area today . the camping area its self is 1.75 acres . Enough to stretch your legs with out hitting a neighbor

hmmm my family goes camping every year and are always looking for somewhat close places to try out...i think this year we had 30 or so of us, took up 8 lots on a state camp ground

any nice places to swim/fish in the near by area? local attractions? any power out there? i think ive seen before you have power around

and im thinking maybe that 30 person thing is smaller than what you are aiming for...but let me know :o)

oh and the 4x4 course, is that good for quads/dirt bikes as well?

No power , this is on the river you can swim there and its very good trout fishing . Group size has no limit other then a max amount .

Quad and dirt bike trails are a few miles away , must trailer to get to them .

Jeep couse is open to full size only .

a group of 30 can do a 3 day lease cheaper then they can do the state park .

does require a reservation and down payment to reserve your date .

There are clubs making reservations for next summer . If your club or group wants to lease for a week or week end you may want to do that as soon as you have your dates .

Is the offroad course open to ever one or just the people staying there? How big is the offroad area going to be and what types of wheelin(mud, rocks, hills, sand dunes,etc).

It is only open to groups who are leasing the property . It is not that long 1/4 mile or so . It does take a pretty good rig to get through it though .

They can be riding in and out of the camping area if there street legal , no trail riding on the property with bikes or quads .
