help with avatar

i can post a pic in my gallery but i cant attach it to my avatar

i think it is to big but dont know how to downsize it.

any one have a suggestion.

It has to be 120x120 pixels. This one will work, but the more square the picture is, the bigger it will appear. Yours was rectangular, like 120x90 or something after I resized it. Crop the full shot so its square and then resize to 120x120.

not sure what i did but it worked

i made it square, and chose thumbnail on kodak easy share , and it worked.

i have an identity know.
