Service Manual?

Just ordered used versions of the Haynes and Chilton's manuals from amazon for my 1993 F-150, and was wondering:

1. If anyone has ordered any of these eBay service manuals on CD and if you had any opinions?

2. Knew where I might be able to get my hands on a factory service manual either in paper or digital format? Cheap/free is always good, but willing to pay.
