Plumbing

I am a master plumber with 14 years of experience. I've plumbed mammoth multi-million dollar homes down to production homes in the ghetto. :) If you have a leaky faucet, want fixtures swapped out, adding a bathroom in your basement, etc... I can take care of you!

Thanks,
Rob

If you do not already have the waste lines in the basement floor, you have to break up the floor, tie into an existing underground waste line, and run the new waste lines. I usually charge $600 for 10 linear feet. That usually covers most bathrooms. Then depending on the distance, water pipe would run about $300. So for about $900 you would have the preps installed, floor recemented, and water pipe installed to the fixtures.
For the finish, I would charge $100 a fixture. This includes valves, escutions, wax rings, closet bolts, supply lines, etc...

Rob

I just picked up a house and would like to add a toilet and sink downstairs. It would need the waste line added to the basement floor, probably like 5 or 6 feet to get to the current one. I think it would fit right under the upstairs bathroom. I'm heading out of the country for work for a few months, but when I get back I will probably be getting a hold of you.
