I'll have to wait till a day over 85 to say if the problem is solved 100% as that was when I have problems, but I can tell a big difference so I'm betting it's all fixed.

I'm going to need a new furance this fall/winter. Hopefully I can come up with the money in the mid Fall. Then hopefully redo the AC in the spring. PM me some more contact info, I'd like to start getting some quotes together. I'd be nice to have a fellow wheeler doing the work

John just finished up putting in a new complete HVAC system in my house and did a excellent job. It wasnt easy either tying into the existing duct work. And his prices were great! I'd recommend him to anyone looking for low cost quality work

Can you shoot me a price to run 220 out to the garage and a few 110 circuits as well? Its about 30 feet from the electric box in the basement.
