Unhappy Need help; my ramcharger won't start

When I turn the key the starter engages but won't turn the motor over. Any ideas on what could be the problem? It acts like there is not enough power getting to the starter but the battery is fully charged and everything else works such as lights, radio, etc.

The starter could very well be shot. My mud truck did that, then I threw another starter in it and it was fine. It could also be your starter solenoid shorting out, Dodge wiring tends to suck.

Do the lights dim when you try to crank it over? Do they go out completely?

Went and got a starter and starter relay. Now the RC will start, but not charge. When I disconnect the battery it wil die and then when the battery is reconnected it will start back up. Yes the lights do go dim but don't completely go out.

Took the alternator in and had it checked and it was bad; but I luckily got it replaced for free since that one was only 3 months old. Now my ramcharger is up and running again. Thanks to everyone for all their help.
