Tow Dolly... with brakes?

Out of curiousity, is there any reason you couldn't put brakes on a tow dolly? Would think that would help out with a lighter tow rig..

I've tow dollyied with my XJ before, had enough power, braking could have been better...

i dont see any reason why not... but im sure the tow dolley would have to be a home brew of its own.. I dont see any production dolleys out there with brakes
