Camper trailer frame strong enough?

I have a chance to get a 22' Nomad camper frame fairly cheap. Would this be strong enough to make a car hauler out of it?

probably not. the camper chassies reley on the box shape of the whole camper to give the chassie strength. without the body its very weak. it could be done , but you will have to add metal to strengthen the whole chassie and make it a stable platform

I know by it's self stripped down it would need some support. I figured on adding a strong wood floor and a few cross beams.

If it is properly reinforced it will do just fine. Hopefully your getting it for literally next to nothing.

He said he wants $150 for the frame, and thats after I'm to help him strip it down for the scrap aluminum and copper for him to cash in. I'm going to try to get quite a bit knocked off since I built a trans cross member for his CJ at no cost, helped put an engine in his old XJ at no charge, helped him move without asking for gas $$, helped him...ect., ect. ect.

we just picked up a trailer that was converted to a hauler.... they tried it first withought re-enforcing it. It cracked on each side. But after repaiaring it and adding some support it works pretty well.
