No other info?

Jeez...

Automatic?

5 speed?

4 speed?

Stock could be a T-5 5 speed, or a T-176 maybe, or a TF999 automatic..

Regardless, I'd not put any into a GC..

If you want a manual in a GC, go with an AX15 since they were a factory option. If you want an auto, also go with something that came stock..

woops yea it would help to know what it is .I will have to look under the jeep, kidding .
It is a auto and may not have been a 87 it was a cj though.
the only reson to put it in the grand was that it has 235000 miles and I could bolt up a d 300 to it different axles ect.
Just curious ,and this is just a family rig dont want to get to carried a way .
thanks

Would have gotten the answer faster if the Jeep Technical question was posted in the Jeep Tech Forum. :tonka:
