electrical problem

ok guys heres the problem. ive got a 1988 dodge raider. me and vwman pull it into the garage to findout why my headlight washers arnt working. so vwman takes off the send line to teh washer fluid resivior and than I take the spray chuck and spray down the line. got to start it up and everything is DEAD! nothing will work not even the dome light. nothing was ever left on! so I put it on the trickle charger for a couple of hours nothing wont accept the carge for some reason same results when I tryed to jump it w/ our durango.

any suggestions??? FYI the coil or condenser got a little damp but dryed right out

If you tried to charge it and that didn't work, the battery is shot. Pull it out and go to Autozone or somewhere for a free load test.
