Mopar 8.5mm Viper rear-coil wires...

...are a no-go on Ram V-10's. The lengths were all wrong. There is another coil configuration for the Viper, but I don't know anything about that style.

Thumbs up

Viper V-10 wires run to the back of the motor near the firewall
Ram V-10 have coil packs on the driver side on top near #2 cylinder

1. Vipers have coils located in two places - one of which is the rear-coil that I already mentioned in the thread title, because those are the ones I tried. Later Vipers have a coil mounted towards the front of the engine.

2. Ram V-10 wires run to the PASSENGER SIDE valve cover towards the REAR of the motor. Cylinder #2 is the front cylinder on the passenger side of the truck, so I don't know what the hell you are talking about.

I ended up ordering Taylor 10.4mm wires back in June since they were not much more than the high-end 8mm's. They were out-of-stock nationwide, but I finally got the shipping notification from Summit that they went out on 7/12.
