can't get my 92 TBI 5.7L with painless kit to start

Don't tell me timing is off, it aint. Aaron (4bangler) and myself went therough the timing about 5 times. We even kicked it and it didn't start.

Motor- 92 TBI caprice 350, pretty clean under the valve covers.

I have the painless kit. No VSS hooked up, no brake switch, no trans control, no EGR hookup. The 2 park detect wires are connected

I have tried 2 different IACs and 2 TPS, all the same. 02 sensor is new. New plugs, wires and cap (not rotor). rockers are rockin and lifters looked fine.

fuel pump hits 10-12 PSI.

I think thats about it. This is what it does.
Sorry the you have to listen to the lions losing in the background.

I should mention all cylinders get spark (as per timing light on each wire)

I am not replying to all the boards. Well ok I am I am chasing the sources. Since we do know that is does the same with added fuel source. Do the cheap method. Pull each plug squirt in some oil to get compression. I had to do this with the YJ.

Pull the plugs and watch them spark against the block while you crank it.
