My new hauler...

Just got this tonight for hauling ye' olde jeep! Pretty heavy duty, guy that had it hauled a smaller dozer on it. Stole it for 600!

Yeah, I'm gonna sand blast it and re-paint it. Should be pretty nice when I get done.

Wow, that looks like a very heavy duty trailer.

And on a side note, I thought you were "gotsand", the girl.

Then I noticed New Era.

Welcome to the site

Now, why don't you actually post your rig. Then If I see you at the dunes I will be able to stop and say hello.

Oh and there is a section for trailers and tow rigs...

...damn attention whores.:tonka:

Sorry about posting in the wrong spot....still kinda new to site. I saw "The Pub" subtitled "General Chit Chat" and thought I was safe.

Anyway here is the most recent pic I have on my Jeep, I know there is still snow on the ground. By the way, my license plate reads "DNT H8"

You are safe, just given ya hard time. I have a place at the dunes, hope to see ya round. That's a very clean CJ.

And there is a post your rig section.

Thanks, she looks and runs good, but theres not much I can say about my crappy tranny. In the process of trying to get my hands on an auto. Right now I have the stock 3-speed, with the Dana20. Dont like either one, I have a line on a Dana 300 in the 100-150 range, but still looking for the tranny.

I think the trailer has one glitch , if im not mistaking the wheels are an open wheel 5 lugs and locks on the out side that hold it on . Maybe 14.5 size wheel ?

If so they do not wear well and like to come off the beads even with lots of air pressure . also the 14.5 is a freak tire size

On the bright side it is an HD trailer for sure .

What are you towing with ? That looks like a fairly heavy trailer.. add on the weight of your CJ and you're getting preatty close to needing a 3/4 ton..
Nice score non the less

I have a 1/2 ton chevy, w/ a 350. Actually the tounge weight is less than my 30 foot camping trailer. And if I put the jeep over the axles I dont think it will be to bad. If so, I will just use the old man's 3/4 ton Ford S/D diesel.

JinaTJ, thanks, took me a bit to think of a plate that I liked, and I thought was fitting not to mention the availability.
