350 TBI rejetting?? or ok with a 304

Here's the story (besides the fact I've had a complete 350 TBI sitting in my junk pile for 4 years)

Currently have my "spare" motor, a 304 in my YJ till I finally get around to rebuilding the 360. Want to install the TBI and get it happy now because I'm sick of rebuilding carbs that have sat for too long and leak when I use my jeep.

Will a stock 350 TBI be squirting too much fuel into a stock 304? and if it will is there a way to re-jet or limit the amount of fuel without having to get a new chip burned?
