prospecter lift?

i just purchased a 83' dodge prospeter and i was wondering if i put a 4" lift on it if ill will need to put the new brake lines and a drop pitman arm on it to. the kit im getting doesnt have that stuff cause its used. didnt want to buy it and find out that im SOL.

i made my own lift of about 3 to 4 inches and didnt have any problem using the stock stuff
