Granholm vetoed this earlier this month, so Brooks Patterson needs 245,000 signatures to put this on the ballot.

This tax adds over 6% to anyone running a small business (under 250 employees) per year. This money is used to fund homeless shelters, and prisons.

Instead of letting more companies become profitable, and giving them the ability to HIRE people, this tax takes earnings, and gives it to people without jobs.
